Based in Chicago, Sierra thrives on a wide variety of projects that keep her creative energy flowing. While her heart lives in documentary storytelling, she’s especially skilled at growing the seed of an idea into a fully realized story — sourcing materials, shaping the narrative, and crafting every element from the ground up.
As lead editor for Smithsonian Magazine’s National Treasure series, she has also edited for clients including A+E Network, History Channel, Smithsonian Channel, MTV, and Bacardi. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her swimming in Lake Michigan or chatting with neighbors at Printer's Row Coffee Co.
